Temporary Access Restriction to ePrints@IISc

Access to the ePrints@IISc Publications Repository has been temporarily restricted to the Institute’s intranet (internal network) due to critical security vulnerabilities that could potentially compromise both the repository and the Institute’s IT infrastructure.

This precautionary measure has been implemented in accordance with institutional cybersecurity requirements. It is strictly a technical decision and is not intended to limit public access to the Institute’s research output.

The library, in collaboration with the Institute’s IT team, is actively working to resolve the identified issues and to implement enhanced security measures on the ePrints@IISc server. Public access will be restored once these measures are fully deployed and validated. We expect this process to be completed as soon as possible.

In the meantime, IISc research publications remain accessible through publisher websites and open-access platforms such as OpenAlex
