With a PhD in Genetics, Dr. Kahali brings a unique blend of academic research expertise and scholarly publishing acumen to her role. Over her 12 year long career in academic publishing, she has held diverse positions spanning academic relations, open research marketing, and journals and books editorial, giving her comprehensive insight into the evolving landscape of scholarly communication. She is deeply passionate about open research, research tools, and the transformative potential of AI in scholarly communication, while consistently advocating for innovations that enhance accessibility and impact in academic publishing.

Dr. Jyoti Bajaj is a Senior Manager, Researcher Engagement at Taylor & Francis, where she leads strategic initiatives to drive journal submissions and develop programs that enhance researcher engagement and training. With over 10 years of specialized experience in academic publishing, she brings deep knowledge across content integrity, publishing ethics, peer review processes, image manipulation detection, and data fabrication assessment across diverse journal portfolios.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and accomplished author-training expert, Jyoti has delivered impactful author workshops and peer review training webinars to academic audiences globally. She holds qualifications in Dental Surgery and Clinical Research, and prior to joining Taylor & Francis, she worked as a medical writer and practiced clinically in hospital settings. Her unique combination of clinical expertise, research acumen, and publishing knowledge enables her to provide comprehensive support to researchers navigating the publication landscape.

Prakriti Das is the Open Research Manager at Taylor & Francis for South Aisa and Sub Saharan Africa. She holds an M.Phil and Masters in English Literature and has over 6 years of experience in publishing. She focuses on delivering measurable customer impact by partnering with institutions to streamline submission processes, enhance author support, and expand open-access publishing avenues.

In her role at T&F, Prakriti manages process flows and operations, conducts author training and webinars, and serves as the primary point of contact for all author-related queries.
